Boldt Real Estate recently celebrated the grand opening of New Perspective Senior Living Community in Weldon Spring, Mo. The $46 million, 136-unit, 145,651-square-foot senior living community is the first in Missouri for Boldt/New Perspective.
The facility offers independent living, assisted living apartments and a dedicated memory care community, providing a focus on “live life on purpose” with a stimulating and meaningful lifestyle. Amenities include a wellness center and dance studio focused on senior health and wellness, chapel for services and community activities, full-service pub and bistro area, restaurant-style dining room, beauty salon and spa and welcoming two-story lobby with water features and natural stone. This project also boasts numerous outdoor patio areas and walking paths around the beautiful seven-acre campus.

Throughout the project lifecycle, Boldt Real Estate secured a Certificate of Need (CON) license to protect the community’s position in the market and bought the land in a hyper-inflationary period while successfully staying on budget. The project also was delivered on schedule thanks to an efficient build process.
