As a President of Boldt Real Estate, Jake Garro drives the real estate business with strategic thinking and portfolio planning to support our mission-driven clients. His focus on strong partnerships, innovation, and long-range value positions Boldt to meet the evolving needs of the real estate market. A proud Wisconsin native, Jake holds graduate degrees from Marquette University, along with a Bachler’s degrees from the Business School at University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. Jake is deeply committed to community engagement across Wisconsin. He serves on the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame Board, has been a coach in the community for the past 10+ years and actively supports Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern Wisconsin.

Alex is dedicated to meeting clients’ expectations and delivering successful projects by prioritizing their needs, building trusting relationships, and employing innovative strategies while effectively managing risk associated with development opportunities.

As Vice President of Planning, Design and Construction, Chris brings 20+ years of experience overseeing projects in the healthcare and senior living industries. His expertise spans all phases of the development lifecycle—from feasibility studies and site selection to regulatory approvals, design coordination, and construction management.

Heidi is responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with current and potential clients, as well as growing the brand nationally. Over the years, she has helped countless healthcare entities enter new markets or add needed services in their communities. Heidi also oversees leasing activities for hospitals and third-party tenants from first contact through move-in.
