Nebraska Medicine

Nebraska Medicine chose Boldt after an extensive nationwide search for a trusted development partner to spearhead their strategic ambulatory expansion. Boldt was tasked with developing five primary care clinics strategically placed in key market locations, significantly enhancing Nebraska Medicine’s presence in the Omaha area and making patient care more accessible.

Boldt demonstrated exceptional expertise by discreetly acquiring prime parcels at competitive rates and ensuring the project stayed on schedule. Together, Boldt and Nebraska Medicine created a unified design and brand identity for the clinics in Brentwood Village, Chalco, Elkhorn, Fontenelle and Millard.

Each 13,250-square-foot clinic is designed to optimize patient care and operational efficiency. They feature fifteen exam rooms, five flexible consult rooms (convertible to exam rooms), a diagnostic/x-ray room, and a treatment room. The innovative “onboard/offboard” exam room model centralizes physician and staff collaboration, enhancing workflow and patient experience.
