Boldt is proud to continue its partnership with the University of Nebraska Medical Center (Nebraska Medicine), having now been awarded a sixth primary care project in their ambitious ambulatory expansion. This ongoing collaboration began with a nationwide search for a trusted development partner, culminating in Boldt being selected to lead the strategic rollout of primary care clinics across the Omaha metro area.

To date, Boldt has successfully developed six clinics in key market locations—Bennington, Brentwood Village, Chalco, Elkhorn, Fontenelle, and Millard—each designed to elevate Nebraska Medicine’s community presence and improve access to patient care. Our team discreetly acquired prime real estate at competitive rates, maintained project timelines, and worked closely with Nebraska Medicine to establish a cohesive design and brand identity across all sites.

Each 13,250-square-foot clinic is purpose-built for operational efficiency and exceptional patient experience. Facilities include:

• 15 exam rooms
• 5 flexible consult rooms (convertible to exam rooms)
• Diagnostic/x-ray room
• Treatment room

The innovative “onboard/offboard” exam room model centralizes physician and staff collaboration, streamlining workflows and enhancing care delivery.
