Boldt’s first project in partnership with PIH Health (PIH) is the delivery of a 110,000 SF
multi-specialty medical office building on the PIH Health Whittier Hospital Campus. Boldt
was selected for this initial project through a competitive RFP process led by H2C, a
healthcare real estate advisor to PIH, due to the flexible and unique financing options
offered.

Boldt called on our nationwide experience of on-campus work to also finance a systemwide master planning effort with Jensen Partners. This 3 month review of all existing
inpatient and outpatient services lines was compared against the next 30 year market
projections to re-align all their service lines and locations within their greater LA market
area. This MOB will add to PIH’s existing network to serve the surrounding community of
Los Angeles and Orange counties. The MOB is slated to include a wide range of services
identified as a growing need for the market, including an Eye ASC & Clinic, ENT Clinic,
Neurosurgery Clinic, Vascular Surgery Clinic, General Surgery Clinic, Infusion Clinic with
Lab, Hematology & Oncology, and Urology.
