Boldt and Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation (BMHCC) have established a strong and growing partnership through the successful delivery of two on-campus medical office buildings (MOBs) in Mississippi. The collaboration began with an 89,000 SF state-of-the-art MOB on the DeSoto campus in Southaven, which opened in 2022.
Building on this momentum, Boldt and BMHCC developed a second project on the Madison campus—a four-story, 97,000 SF Class A physician office building that opened in June 2024. Together, these projects reflect a shared commitment to sustainable, community-focused healthcare development.

Boldt developed an 89,000 SF medical office building on Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation’s DeSoto campus in Southaven, Mississippi, which opened in 2022. Anchored by Baptist and offering cancer care, urgent care, imaging, and primary care, the multi-tenant facility significantly expands the campus’s clinical capacity. Leveraging Boldt’s aggressive cost of capital and flexible ownership structures, the project provides both tenants and physicians the opportunity to participate in ownership—capturing long-term value with limited downside risk.
