Project Profile

Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH) - Performance Center

The MOSH Performance Center is an indoor turf athletics training facility attached to an integrated three-story sports medicine and fitness facility where performance, fitness and wellness solutions are at the forefront. This 132,800 SF state-of-the-art MOSH Performance Center is a touch point in the community, with a focus on providing services that match the needs of the population to keep the community well. Anchor tenants include Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital and ROC Ventures. Boldt served as the developer and owner of the facility, as well as the construction manager for one of the tenant buildouts.

The facility is part of the “Ballpark Commons,” a mixed-use development and 4,000-seat baseball stadium in Franklin, Wisconsin, home to the UW-Milwaukee baseball team. Features include space for retail, restaurants, apartments, senior living and a golf entertainment facility. As healthcare professionals continue to evaluate how healthcare is delivered, the focus is increasingly turning toward the consumer. The MOSH Performance Center is a consumer-driven facility that bridges the gap between medical and whole-body wellness in the Franklin community.
