Through the power of strategic partnerships, Boldt engineered groundbreaking solutions that addressed the unique needs of CommonSpirit Health (formerly Centura Health) in Monument, Colorado.

Recognizing the need to shift from reactive sick care to proactive preventative care in the northern market, Boldt brought this vision to life with the Tri-Lakes Health Pavilion. This $15 million, 50,000 SF facility not only provides traditional medical services but is also connected to an existing YMCA via a shared atrium. It also offers child care, a health concierge and extensive community outreach programs.

As the owner and developer, Boldt initiated a partnership with the YMCA, resulting in the creation of a Joint Operating Committee that outlines how both organizations will integrate and share services within the new facility.
