Boldt Real Estate is pleased to announce that Stuart Armstrong has rejoined the organization as a Project Executive. Stuart brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare planning, design, and construction, directing more than 2.5 million SF of new healthcare facilities nationwide during his career.
Most recently, Stuart served as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate, where he oversaw healthcare projects nationwide. He previously served as Executive Vice President of National Healthcare Accounts at Boldt from 2018 to 2021. His return reflects his alignment with Boldt Real Estate’s mission of delivering high-quality, community-centered healthcare facilities.
Throughout his career, Stuart has provided leadership on some of the nation’s most significant healthcare developments, including the James Outpatient Care, a cancer center at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, University of Florida & Shands Jacksonville Community Hospital, Indiana University Health Neuroscience Center, and a national portfolio of PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospitals across multiple states. These complex projects highlight his ability to successfully manage healthcare developments from entitlement and permitting through execution, balancing client needs, financial performance, and operational impact.
In his role as Boldt Project Executive, Stuart will provide oversight, leadership, and management for development projects nationwide. He will serve as Boldt Real Estate’s primary representative with owners, joint venture partners, employees, trade partners, suppliers, and community stakeholders, ensuring projects transition seamlessly from entitlement and permitting through execution and closeout.
“Stuart’s extensive experience and deep understanding of both owner and contractor perspectives make him an incredible asset to our team,” said Chris Buday, Vice President of Planning, Design and Construction. “We are excited to welcome him back to Boldt, where his leadership and industry expertise will help us continue to deliver transformative healthcare projects across the country.”
Stuart holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.
