Boldt Real Estate recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its sixth primary care clinic project with the University of Nebraska Medical Center, the latest in a series of strategically-located ambulatory locations for the Center. The clinic will be located at Hanover Falls Drive, Omaha, Nebraska.
Boldt first partnered with the University of Nebraska Medical Center to assist in executing their ambulatory network plan nearly eight years ago. The primary care clinics serve as critical touchpoints throughout the Center’s service area for community members seeking primary care.
Boldt and the Center worked together to create a cohesive look, brand and image for the clinics which include Brentwood Village, Chalco, Elkhorn, Fontenelle, Millard and now Bennington. Each clinic is 13,250 SF and includes exam rooms, consult rooms (which can be converted to exam rooms if necessary), one diagnostic/X-ray room and one treatment room. The exam rooms have been laid out using the “onboard/offboard” model with physician and staff collaboration space located in the center of the exam room cluster.
“These facilities have made not only the convenience of care more accessible to patients in the community, but also the quality of care under the Nebraska Medicine brand,” said Alex Brewer, vice president, Boldt Real Estate “They deliver the comprehensive and flexible care communities need, and we look forward to delivering that to the nearby Bennington community.”
The Bennington location will be part of the extensive Nebraska Medicine health center network, offering primary care services to families throughout Nebraska, from Grand Island to Bellevue.
