Boldt Real Estate recently celebrated the grand opening of Intuitive Health’s Prosper, Texas facility.
This marks Intuitive Health’s seventh location in north Texas and combines emergency room and urgent care services in one location run under the Legacy ER & Urgent Care brand. The $15.8 million project is a collaborative effort to bring efficient, convenient healthcare to the north Texas region.
The 11,200-square-foot facility offers 24/7, full-service emergency room and urgent care services and a state-of-the-art on-site lab and radiology suite that includes X-ray and CT capabilities. The facility is staffed with ER-licensed, board-certified physicians and features six emergency rooms and four outpatient/non-urgent care rooms.
“Intuitive Health takes a curated approach to helping patients,” said Boldt Real Estate Vice President Alex Brewer. “It is centralized around giving the patient the most convenient and efficient experience. This project symbolizes a significant step forward in healthcare accessibility and innovation.”
The project’s success is bolstered by the flexible partnership between Boldt Real Estate and Intuitive Health, including a customized financing structure to achieve Intuitive Health’s immediate and strategic objectives. This unique ownership model significantly mitigated development and construction risks and positioned Intuitive Health not just as a beneficiary, but as a co-owner of the facility.
The facility broke ground in May 2023 and was completed September 2024.
