Baptist Memorial Healthcare - Madison

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation (BMHCC) and Boldt Healthcare
Real Estate are partnering to bring a new Class A physician office building
to BMHCC’s Madison campus. The four-story, 97,000 sq. ft. building
will allow its physicians to access the growing market of Madison while
continuing to serve the broader Jackson market through convenient I-55
access. The building will have a prominent location on the campus allowing
for interstate visibility and will benefit from existing campus business such
as: Walgreens, Starbucks, Primo’s Café, Georgia Blue, and Courtyard by
Marriott hotel. The project will also serve to expand the existing medical
office space and offerings by bringing new service lines and opportunities
to the campus and community.

The building will open its doors to patients in 2024 and has ample
room to accommodate both small and large practices looking to position
themselves alongside BMHCC and solidify their place in the Madison
market.
